Dolphin is situated on the hills facing south about 1 mile from the centre of Ullapool and has outstanding view over Loch Broom. Access is from the A835 from Inverness (60 mils) to Ullapool, turning right up a steep lane signed 'Braes' just short of the road sign saying "Welcome to Ullapool'. The house is about a quarter mile up this lane on the left, identifiable by a carved wood dolphin at the bottom on the short, steep drive to the front door.
